Our Experience We bring over 55 years combined experience in the travel service industry. Melissa Ripple has over 17 years experience supporting corporate and government accounts. Her experience includes working at one of the most respected corporate travel management companies, Rosenbluth International, on a multiple account desk. Within 2 years she was promoted to a Team Leader role. In this position, she was involved in implementing and managing several corporate accounts with total travel spend in excess of 10 million. Natalie Hedberg has over 17 years experience in the travel service industry. She has worked with United Airlines in the reservation department. Her experience also includes scheduling flights for World Airways, a global charter flight company. She also spent many years with Rosenbluth International servicing VIPs on an account with travel expenditure in excess of 50 million. Beth Devcich has over 25 years experience handling both business and leisure travel. She worked with Rosenbluth International with both Natalie and Melissa for many years. Her experience and outstanding customer service was the reason we "begged" her to come onboard with us. She is a highly regarded member of our team. Beth refused promotion after promotion within Rosenbluth International. She prefers the daily interaction with people.
