About Us

Melissa Ripple and Natalie Hedberg opened Getaways Unlimited in August 2002. We each have over 15 years experience in the travel industry. After working for 9-5 businesses that took a 9-5 view on customer service, we decided to branch out on our own. We view the website as a tool to allow you, our customer more control over your booking. However, we don't allow it to stop there. We contact each client personally to extend the service to a more customized level. It's the best of both worlds. You book it with us and we follow it to the end!
